PRIVACY, BY DESIGN

Your file is yours alone.

Meaningful development requires trust, and trust requires that what you share never becomes visible to anyone but your coach. So we built the member experience around a simple rule: members cannot see each other. Not in a directory, not in a forum, not by accident.

  • No member directory. There's no list, search, or profile browsing inside the program. It structurally doesn't exist.
  • Every login is private by default. Your dashboard shows your progress, your sessions, your reflections. Nobody else's, ever.
  • Coaches are bound to discretion. Personal information is handled with professionalism and clearly defined confidentiality policies.

PRICING

You see the price before you pay.

Every mentor sets their own monthly fee and shows it on their profile. There is no extra fee from WayForward on top. Browse mentors first, then choose the one who fits.

Flexible

Monthly

Pay your mentor's monthly fee. It renews each month and you can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Save 10%

3 months

Pay once for three months and save 10%. It does not renew on its own, so there are no surprises.

Save 15%

6 months

Pay once for six months and save 15%. A good fit if you want to commit to real, lasting change.

QUESTIONS

Good questions, straight answers.

How does it work?

You apply, and our team reviews it. If you are approved, you get an email to create your login. Then you browse mentors, read their profiles, choose one, and pay. After that you can message your mentor, book sessions, receive materials, and keep a private growth log.

Who are the mentors?

Independent mentors and coaches who applied and were reviewed by our team, including their experience and resume. Each one signs an agreement on conduct and confidentiality. We do not run criminal background checks, so please read each profile and its reviews, and report anything that concerns you. You can end a mentorship and block a mentor at any time.

What does it cost?

Each mentor sets their own monthly fee, shown on their profile. You can pay monthly, or pay once for 3 months (10% off) or 6 months (15% off). There is no extra WayForward fee on top of the mentor's price.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel a monthly plan any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. You can request a refund within 2 days of paying, and we review every request. See the Terms for details.

Is this therapy?

No. Mentoring here is coaching and guidance: accountability, skills, and perspective. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice or financial advice. If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. In the US you can call or text 988.

Who can see my information?

Other members never can. There is no member directory. Your mentor sees only what you choose to share, and your email and phone number are never shown to your mentor. You message each other here. Our admin team does not read your messages or growth log. You can download or delete your data any time. Read the Privacy Policy.

Why must messages and payments stay on the platform?

It keeps everyone safe and keeps the platform running. Conversations here can be reported and reviewed if something goes wrong, and payments here are protected by refunds and records. Phone numbers, emails and outside links are removed from messages automatically.

How do the sessions happen?

Your mentor shares a video link, such as Zoom, Google Meet or Teams. You pick a time from their open hours, shown in your own time zone, and you get a reminder before it starts.

Is it open to people anywhere?

Yes. Members and mentors can join from anywhere in the world. Sessions are booked in your own time zone. You must be 18 or older.

Who runs WayForward?

WayForward was founded by Joseph and Mensah. Mentors are independent professionals who join through an application.

What if something goes wrong?

Use Report a problem on the Messages page, or reach us from the Contact page. You can end a mentorship, block a mentor, and ask for a refund within the first 2 days.
